We are Noir Blanc Rouge, an independent type foundry established by Bastien Sozeau in 2019, based in Paris. We design and distribute original retail and custom typefaces. In addition to the retail catalogue, we’ve been designing free and open source typefaces since 2013, originally distributed by graphic design studio Uplaod.

We welcome bespoke commissions for custom typefaces, logotype, as well as modifications to our released typefaces. We are always interested in collaborations with designers and publishers, we will be happy to answer if you have any questions or if you want to submit a project.

We provide a single license for all our retail fonts. This unique license aims to make your life easier, including use on all formats, web, print and application.
